Hi, my name is Leticia Cartem. I am a professional declutterer & Organiser and an interior designer. 
I am an expert in helping people create more space, order, and clarity in their homes, offices, and lives. With my unique skill set, I can assess my client's needs, develop a customised plan, and guide them through decluttering and organising.
My Journey started 5 years ago. In 2022, numerous new opportunities emerged, making significant transformations and fresh starts.....

Didn’t really know exactly what to expect beforehand but I knew what I wanted to achieve and she exceeded this.     A: If you need to cancel a session, provide as much notice as possible. Cancelling within 48 hours and not re-scheduling will result in a lost deposit. Thank you for understanding.

    A: At Le Cartem, we understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel your decluttering appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedules and possibly accommodate other clients who are waiting for our services. If you cancel within this 48-hour window, there may be a cancellation fee as outlined in our service agreement. To reschedule or cancel, you can contact us directly via phone or email. Our priority is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible, ensuring that your life continues to be beautiful and functional, with simplicity and elegance.
  • Q: How many hours do I need to declutter my house with Le Cartem's services?
    The time required to declutter your house with Le Cartem's services varies based on the size of your home, the amount of clutter, and your specific organisational needs. Typically, for a standard three-bedroom house, you can expect a professional decluttering session to take between 8 to 16 hours. This can be spread over multiple days depending on your schedule and availability. Our team at Le Cartem will conduct an initial consultation to better understand your requirements and provide a tailored time estimate to ensure a thorough and effective decluttering process. Our goal is to create a more beautiful and functional living space with simplicity and elegance.
  • Can you take items away for me?
    I cannot take rubbish to the tip because I do not have a waste carrier licence. However, I can take some bags of your donation to a charity and I can assist you when loading your vehicle with items that need to be removed. There are also alternative arrangements including how to sell items and the removal of items, which I can advise you about.
  • Will you take photos?
    Before taking before and after photos, I would like to inquire about your consent. These photos serve as a valuable motivator to track your progress and acknowledge your accomplishments. Without your explicit permission, I will refrain from taking or utilising any photos.
